Ich habe in London gelebt und auch meinen Master in Marketing dort gemacht. Es ist für mich eine zweite Heimat geworden, und ich vermisse vor allem die Food Märkte.
- Welches würdest du als dein persönliches, englisches Lieblingsgericht bezeichnen?
Porridge und Desserts wie Apple Crumble und Victoria Sponge Cake. Ansonsten bin ich kein großer Fan der englischen Küche.

- So manch einer ist schon vor dem Backrohr verzweifelt. Auch wir von COMEPASS können uns in das frei erfundene, völlig der Fiktion entsprungene Szenario einfühlen, in dem man ein Kohlebrikett statt des erhofften Macadamianusskuchens aus dem Ofen zieht. - (Falls ja) Und welche Feinkost ist dir zuletzt misslungen? Wie hast du darauf reagiert?
Eine Torte mit Topfencreme und Himbeeren. Ich war zu ungeduldig und habe die Creme zu kurz im Kühlschrank gelassen. Beim Zusammensetzen der Torte ist mir die Creme auf allen Seiten davon geronnen. Also ist ein Trifle daraus geworden: Das Biskuit wurde in Stücke gerissen und in eine große Form gesetzt, die Creme darauf verteilt und mit Himbeeren dekoriert. Bis jetzt wusste ja niemand was es eigentlich hätte werden sollen 😉 Bis jetzt (Anm. d. Verfassers).

Mir fehlt leider oft die Zeit, alles umzusetzen, was ich mir vornehme. Ich habe so viele Ideen und schon unzählige Listen mit Rezeptideen auf meinem Schreibtisch liegen. Die Inspiration dafür hole ich mir vor allem auf Reisen. Ich genieße es, in einer fremden Stadt von Café zu Lokal zu schlendern und alle möglichen Köstlichkeiten auszuprobieren. In meiner Küche kreiere ich dann meine eigenen Varianten der Gerichte.
- Vor kurzer Zeit hast du dich dazu entschlossen dich in die würdevolle Riege der BIG FIVE Blogger zu begeben. Was hat dich dazu bewogen?
Eine spannende Zeit mit lauter kreativen Leuten zu verbringen, sich gegenseitig zu motivieren und das Unmögliche möglich zu machen!
- Was versprichst du dir von dem Projekt?
Ordentlich die österreichische Bloggerszene aufzumischen und einmalige Projekte umzusetzen. Für mich persönlich ist es besonders motivierend zu wissen, dass ein Team hinter mir steht, das die gleiche Passion mit mir teilt und davon überzeugt ist, was ich mache!
- Welchen Tipp kannst du anderen Bloggern für ihre Reise mitgeben?
Einzigartig und sich selbst treu zu bleiben und diese Einzigartigkeit auch in die eigenen Artikel einfließen zu lassen. Es gibt so viele unterschiedliche Blogs im World Wide Web, und das ist auch gut so. Man sollte sich nicht entmutigen lassen und sich auch selbst Zeit geben, um seine eigene Stimme zu finden.
